Door to Nowhere

It is pretty cool what you can do with a glass wall and a door. At first, I thought his was just a stationary door in the middle of a room, and then I realized it's functional as well and only appears that way. It is fantastic and definitely opens up possibilities in the
interior design realm.

Pastel Paradise

One of my newest art pieces. I used water colors, pastels and pens in this piece. It's a really fun combination of mediums. I also had a lot of fun trying to throw in as many different colors as I could. It's pretty different than anything else I have ever done but I learned a lot while experimenting with different techniques.

Sweet Sweet Shelves

Love, love, LOVE Secrets from a Stylist with Emily Henderson on HGTV. My sister and I never miss an episode. One of my favorite things she does are shelf collages. She has completely reinvented the bookshelf. The picture above is one of my favorites of hers.

Paper Floors

Found this floor tiling on elledecor.com. It is SO unique how the tiles mimic crinkled paper. If only all tile could be this inventive. This makes me feel like flooring is the forgotten design medium because it is usually something that goes unnoticed.

Crabby Pout

There's something disturbing yet awesome about this ad. I for one wish that when you put lipstick on, this is what happens. We would all we walking around with sea creatures and zoo animals on our lips and life would be a little more interesting.

Grey and Gold

I just found this picture I took in Georgetown. I love the color scheme of the building as well as the tree and writing. You don't see gold and gray combined a lot but this looks very cool.

Adore This Door

Took this picture of a door in Chicago. It had beautiful typography and I loved how worn and rustic it looked. Definitely will use this as inspiration for future typography pieces.

Pillow Talk

Something about these pillows just makes me smile. The best part of these is that the seller used "reboot your living room" in the description. Great stuff, I do love a good pun.

Awwwwww and there is even a mac friendly version, STOP IT......
It's too much,
I'm officially obsessed.

Twisty Typography

Saw this in an old issue I had of HOW Magazine. The typography is PHENOMENAL. Love the color usage and the texture that the font creates!
